The foundation of the company was laid by Sh. V.M. Mehta, Chairperson in Jan. 2010 with young and enterprising sons Vikram and Vivek Mehta , Directors on Board. The family is traditionally involved in the bulk production of electronic house hold products for over 4 decades based in New Delhi and maintains sizeable market share in the Indian market till date.

Diversifying from the established family business Mr. Vikram Mehta of new age stepped ahead venturing into the Industrial Packaging world associated with beverage and water industry. Vijay Industries, to Begin with ,the company opted to start preform manufacturing and commenced production in 2010 for Coca-Cola India.
